Is there anywhere where I can post a Guild Recruitment. And if so, where?

Though I am not too sure about effectiveness, I think this is where you want to go:

Just add your Guild onto the list, there is a Guild Auditorium part of this forum, but it may be against the rules to post recruitment there. I"m not too familiar with that side o.o
